• University degree(Bachelor)
• High level of English and Turkish in speech and writing 
• High communication ability, verbal and written

• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
• Knowledge of internal procedures and processes 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office packages 
• Work according to the KPI’s included in Job description

• Being good in problem analysis
•  COPC Implementation Lead certification 
• Have experiences of COPC audit
• No restriction to travel abroad and domestic

DESCRIPTION OF JOB

As a Compliance Manager at Webhelp you work in a role where you are responsible for maintaining and developing internal processes and ways of working according to the current COPC standard. There is high demand on the ability to understand and analyze the current level of compliance across all business areas and work closely together with stakeholders and process owners to close gaps and ensure certification readiness. It is necessary that you understand the account from all perspectives, have a deep knowledge of business objectives and the COPC framework requirements. You set high quality standards and is self-driven and have strong project management and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The work tasks and targets are described below, these may be subject of change over time, based on the business needs.

LEADERSHIP, MENTORING AND COACHING

• Assess the account to validate process compliance towards Operations Manual, GDPR, COPC and Suppliers Responsibility standards and Incident Management
• Follow up audit readiness with the different stakeholders.
• Actively participate in applicable management forums
• Work closely with Operations and process owners to have a deeper understanding and perspective on our business. Furthermore, this cooperation will result in maximization value and business outputs from various processes
• Review processes to identify possible compliance risks, propose and support the implementation of corrective actions
• Drive, lead and document compliance related projects and process improvements where applicable
• Keep abreast of developments within the account as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
• Appropriately escalate issues identified
• Identify and take the lead on closing gaps towards standards and requirements
• Be an authority on COPC level process management and audit readiness.
• Ensure regular routines focused on controlling process compliance across the sites
• Provide training as applicable
• Act as a role model

AREA AND DELIVERY

• Drive process improvement where applicable. 
• Ensure Audit readiness and Certification in the account. 
• Working together with process owners to maximize value and business output from various processes. 
• Responsible for Izmir and Amman and will cooperate with other global projects

PREFERED CANDIDATES

Minimum 6 months experience of working with COPC processes in a leading position.
