We are seeking an export customer service who is looking for an exciting and challenging career opportunity. 

 KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in related departments (International Relations, Business Administration, etc.)

• Located or will be living in Adana

• No military service obligation    

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with attitude in building relationships with internal & external customers 

• Advanced level of  oral and written communication skills in English 

• Good knowledge in  Microsoft Office Programs and using the programs effectively

• Experience in SAP system is preferred

• Customer Service experience is plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for receiving, entering, and monitoring export customer orders. 

• Tracking progress of all orders and providing information to customers and export sales department regarding open orders, shipping and invoicing.

• Coordinate shipping and logistics with shipping/logistics team members.

• Maintains orders with proper holds to update status.

• Facilitate daily database maintenance on assigned accounts

• Assist with customer invoicing
