The ideal candidate will have a consistently positive and patient attitude and be able to handle multiple situations at one time and will also have excellent communication skills.

·         University degree in Tourism and Hotel Management

·         Experienced in 5 star international chain hotels at sales department

·         Ability to practice global account management process 

·         Usage of Opera system and strong computer skills

·         Fluent level english speaking both written and verbal

·         Flexible working hours and free to travel

·         Active at sales calls, having ability to manage stable relationships

·         Hard working, taking ownership, team player Assistang Group Sales Manager 

·         No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Manager ;

·         Regular visits and agreements with large and prestigious guests, identification of potential new accounts and assuring the corresponding sales activities to win these guests.

·         In customer care and acquisition for the W Istanbul, also include cross selling for all W Hotels Worldwide.

·         Coordination of sales activities in line with budgeted rooms and banquet figures.

·         Supports DOS/ ADOS in tasks such as job interviews, appointment,  Team Member induction training.
