• Undergraduate degree or 1 year of relevant experience in marketing
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written, and strong command of Turkish & English in both
• High-level understanding and passion for marketing
• High attention to detail
• Great time management skills & ability to work under pressure
•  Analytical skills required.
• Experience managing websites and online advertising required.
• Develop self professionally and personally
• Excellent follow up – all responses should be done in W standards and in a time frame.
• Advanced computer skills and detailed knowledge of various computer programs, including a strong proficiency of MS Excel, Sales & Catering.
• Intellectual and analytical curiosity – initiative to dig into the “why” of various results.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Marketing Coordinator;

• • Check Marriott Asset Library weekly to ensure the latest brand standards/guidelines are being adhered to.
  • Design and update the hotel’s screen advertisements and in-house TV to widely promote hotel’s facilities, activities and services to in-house guests.
  • Working closely with Assistant Marketing Manager on development of marketing strategy,
  • Preparing annual marketing budget and annual activity calendar in support of business targets,
  • Developing and executing integrated marketing plans across multiple channels and touch points that support business units’ objectives,
  • Acting as the central point of contact for marketing initiatives and managing projects from concept to completion,
  • Developing holistic brand guidelines for each business unit, consistent with corporate identity, ensuring their proper usage across the company,
  • Creating a marketing plan to support the company's growth strategy,
  •          Determining the needs of Sales and Business Development Teams, to create and implement appropriate action plans, reporting the required to be able to achieve the goals of the portfolio.
  •          Enriching the existing marketing methods in terms of visually and content, to identify and implement portfolio based marketing communication strategies
  •          Carrying out organizations events such as events, fairs, conferences, symposiums to reach new customers and raising product / brand awareness.
  •          Keeping track of new trends and competitors in the market and to improve the company's marketing strategies accordingly
  •          Following the news and developments in sectoral processes specialized in the relevant services, products, and operations of the company.
