We are looking for a “Technical Service Engineer”, based in Maltepe, Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Graduated from the Mechanical/ Electrical or Biomedical Engineering departments of universities,
• Preferably worked in the medical sector, actively worked in medical device installation, maintenance and repair,
• Fluent in English,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Preferably experienced in ERP applications,
• Developed communication skills and customer oriented,
• No restrictions on domestic/international travel,
• Having B class driver license,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Residing on the Anatolian Side.

Job Description

• To carry out installation, repair and maintenance services to ensure customer satisfaction before and after sales of medical devices sold,
• When necessary, taking part in processes such as purchasing and researching devices from abroad and overseas technical device training,
• Managing relationships with other departments,
• Taking part in the training processes of two distributor brands.
