We are seeking a SME Sales Executive – Ankara with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to  SME Sales Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

  • To provide high quality service to current customers by distributors 
  • To manage, canalize and provide the distributors with high motivation by targets 
  • To announce the activities and promotions for customers to distributors accurately on time 
  • To determine training needs in order to develop competency of distributors staff, accompany to salesmen regularly in fields, to make one-to-one coaching-Solve problems 
  • To support difficult, important and problematic customers by visits 
  • To provide coordination with other departments for support requests 
  • To check the appropriateness of below mentioned items with respect to Vodafone standards Vodafone relations with distributor 
  • To determine strategies, prepare action plan, to take necessary action and precautions 
  • To control contracts prepared by sales channels 
  • To control distributors' Operation Quality, office environment and infrastructure i.e. delivery vans, salaries etc. 
  • To control and analyses route plans and visits of sales channels staffs. 
  • To start, sustain, pursue and report projects to develop 
  • To collect information about competitors activities, promotions and tariffs orderly 
  • To provide collaboration and compatibility with other departments Sales 
  • To ensure the realization of targets through the sales channels and distributor(s) 
  • Establishment of a strong distributor system for the region Identification of distributor's initial & additional investment requirements Follow-up and reporting of distributor profitability 
  • To have daily visit program to distributor(s) and with distributor at the trade to control the business 
  • To retain Endorsement and customers 
  • To visit current customers with team 
  • To provide team to renew contracted customers contracts 
  • To provide team to take non contracted customers under contract 
  • To control offers 
  • To provide to not loose endorsement 
  • To provide to increase revenue 

Qualifications:

  • University Degree
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years of  outsource/inhouse sales team management experience
  • Male candidates must have completed their military services 
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to think, plan and act strategically
  • Mobile, wireless or telecom industry experience
  • Driving licence

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
