Senior Central Site Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Central Site Acquisition Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Site Acquisition Manager of Vodafone Turkey. 

The accountabilities of this role are:

• Responsible for end to end process of site rental contracts in terms of digital optimisation and top-executive managerial reporting. 
• Leading high calibre digitalisation projects regarding big data and influencing large number of people across departments. 
• Creating a high-tech perspective for on-going manual processes and designing metrics for process improvement. 
• Designing digital reporting structure for SA business within the company. 
• Establishing big data analytics on the current reporting structure. 
• Deploying new dashboard systems for effective adhoc reporting 
•  Ensuring a high quality reporting system over critical business KPI’s. 
• Collaborating with Vodafone Regional Site Acquisition Team and enabling central site acquisition know how in terms of critical KPI’s to regional teams. 
• To support the technical regions and internal business stakeholders such as FDS, Roll-out and Fin Ops. 
• To be responsible from the Appointed Region in terms of financial and operational KPI’s.

• Preferable field of studies are Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related departments. 
•  2-4 year contract management experience and experience on business departments 
• Strong command of English 
•  Adaptive to team work and to flexible working hours 
• Open to site acquisition region visits Good follow-up skills 
• Analytical decision making is a must 
• Process Management knowledge is a plus 
• Having an experience on digital transformation projects and automatization of operations is a plus
