QUALIFICATIONS

• BSc. Or Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or similar fields.

• Project management and analytical thinking skills.      

• Multi-task management. 

• Strong relationship management and communication skill.

• Adaptability to change. 

• Preferably relevant experience in the IT or Telecom Industry. 

• Experience in stakeholder management, managing complex stakeholder relationships.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Specialist for Operator Relations department;

• Carrying out all relations with other Mobile Operators, Fixed Telephony Services Operators (STH), Directory Assistance Operators (RH) for interconnect services. 

• Negotiating, implementing and maintaining interconnect arrangements and relationships for national and international calling to ensure competitive and efficient interconnect strategy.

• Implementing new interconnects for Voice, SMS and MMS services with Operators ensuring regulatory compliance and meeting commercial objectives.

• Taking required actions for Directory Assistance Services and Value Added Services products.  

• Building credible and sustainable relations with all licensed operators to ensure Vodafone Turkey’s requirements to be implemented timely.

• Evaluating requests of other licensed operators. 

• Informing other licensed operators about Vodafone Turkey’s requests. 

• Attending sector-specific meetings such as BTK, m-TOD, Ministry, Competition Authority etc.  

• Carrying out studies and quantitative analyses on competition in the mobile termination market to support Vodafone Turkey’s strategy to protect interconnect revenues.

• Closely follow up fraud cases occurred via interconnect in order to prevent revenue loss and create better customer experience.

• Implementing exceptional projects that create.  

• Leading related internal/external parties to increase the efficiency of the process.

• Acting as escalation point for interconnect related services.

• Collecting and evaluating monthly price offers from the carriers and coordinating the related technical units for routing international traffic.
