ROLE PURPOSE

 

The main responsibility of the role is accountable for managing operational activities and support for Fixed Billing & Charging Applications, also responsible for all billing application related actions of new projects.

 

 

Your place in the team

 

•    Keeping systems and fixed billing & charging system within the minimum service failure time 
•    Responsible for Day-to-Day Operational Activities of Billing & Charging Services
•    Perform service  management (initiating, planning ,execution and  monitoring ) 
•    Experience and good knowledge on Fixed Business & Process
•    Prepare service and system KPI, report and publish results with agreed target.
•    Analysing the root cause of the incidents, and propose process improvements
•    Perform deeply analysis and  troubleshooting in case of emergency or operational needs
•    Accountable for system performance, including quality capture and assessment and also taking necessary actions
•    Responsible to solve cases in KPI for escalated tickets
•    Perform periodic maintenance processes and works according to requirements 
•    Regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
•    Familiar with KPI based working model
•    Analysis  technical specifications for the integration of new services
•    Adapted to open source technologies and capabilities

 

 

We are looking for you if you have

 

•    B.Sc. in in Computer, Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering or in a related discipline
•    Good command of speaking/ writing/reading English
•    Significant experience in relational DB operations
•    Significant experience in UNIX Operating system
•    Experience in UNIX shell scripting and PL/SQL
•    Significant experience in Billing Operations
•    Military service should be completed for male candidate
•    Experience in Open Source Technologies
