Cloud And Applications Senior Associate Manager

We are seeking a Cloud and Applications Senior Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to  Cloud and Applications Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

• Execute the full lifecycle of services & products from concept phase to retirement phase with ownership of the product specifications, business case development, roadmap analysis, developing strategy and competition benchmark.
• Plan, coordinate and manage all marketing activities to grow service revenues & service subscriber base 
• Roadmapping to improve customer experience for related products such as: Cloud, Security, OTT Services, Messaging, Apps, Voice Over IP technologies
• Track full performance (financial and non-financial) of product reports to ensure the corrective actions and developments are undertaken to achieve the planned objectives and to remain competitive against the competition. 
• Manage end-to-end product portfolio and work with Pricing/FDS teams to make sure valid pricing strategy is applied to all products
• Manage & direct strategy development and execution in new emerging Cloud & Applications verticals
• Investigate new potential areas that can  boost Cloud & Applications business in VF Turkey
• Manage & direct  all marketing activities related to Cloud & Applications products
• Support partner management team for increasing Cloud & Applications user bases
• Work closely with Vodafone Group Consumer Services for choosing from what is available in group portfolio and decide what should be done locally
• Manage relationship with Vodafone Turkey and Vodafone Group stakeholders (Agile Squads, Sales, Pricing, FDS, Terminals, Legal, Regulation, COPS, IT, Network teams) to deliver the product KPI’s in given time

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus
• Strong written, verbal communication skills &inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English
• Understanding of future market demands and key tecnology trends (e.g., Social Media, Devices, Big Data, Internet of Things, OTT applications, Cloud, Security, RCS, Privacy regulations)
• Product management, new product roll out
• Project management and analytical thinking skills                     
• Multi-tasking capability  
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to turn new technologies into commercially successful products
• Problem solving & decision making  
• Results-driven and delivery-focused
• Sales and presales experience is a plus
