Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluent in EnglishStrong analytical and problem solving skills involving significant and detailed analysis / interpretation
  • Excellent command in MS Office Programs especially in Excel (SQL and VBA knowledge is an asset)
  • Experience of working with large volumes of data.
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Statistics/machine learning experience (using R or Python) would be an asset
  • Strong ability in planning, reporting and analysing
  • Proactive, result oriented
  • Strong communication skill
  • Fluent in English
  • No military obligation for male candidates


İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Customer Operations Insights Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Customer Insight Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
  • Provide monthly analyses of performance trends and recommended solutions for any areas have downward trends.
  • Support management by providing ad-hoc analysis to predict and interpret the business trends for key decisions
  • Help COPS Insights team in data preparation.
  • Contact with BI, DWH and Big Data Teams to search which data can be used for analysis.
  • Run sql queries or use BO to collect requested data.
  • Responsible for validating and manipulating the data for analysis.
  • Create adhoc reports as requested by management.
  • Perform basic statistical analyses for projects and reports
  • Run adhoc customer and channel analysis for the innovatite ideas based on insights,
  • Work with Business Intelligence on developing reporting suite and channel dashboards for decision making and information sharing.
