QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an Agile Coach with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Agile CoE & Offer Solutions Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
- Leads agile transformation in whole divisions of the organisation
- Develops Agile Adoption Strategy
- Ensures agile transformation sponsorship within the organisation
- Defines the organisation’s Agile framework and ensures that buy-in exists at all levels to the change
- Defines agile metrics in organisational level.
- Coaches teams, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Managers and Executives on Agile values and principles to promote continuous improvement in practices and artifacts.
- Triggers and sustain cultural change for accelerating and advancing the organization's transformation
- Act as a consultant for Vodafone Opcos in terms of agile transformation. Guides the Vodafone Opcos in their agile journey and provides necessary guidance documentation.
- Acts as an Agile thought leader
- Facilitates new agile team roll out.
- Facilitates learning and development through delivering trainings and facilitating workshops, rituals and off sites.
- Conducts team level agile maturity assessments and measurements.
- Uses techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation
- Continuously improving contents and innovating new ways to support teams.
- Coach teams and individuals through tough challenges, and empower them to reach their potential.
- Be effective in influencing individuals and groups
- Notice trends and act as an advisor with management, while maintaining a psychologically safe environment.
- Proactively look for improvements and come up with new and innovative ways of working.
- Raise issues early and often to model the value of early problem detection
- Develop and deliver agile training materials coordinated with the HR technology training department.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar discipline.
- Having background or coursework in Computer Science Knowledge of end to end software development lifecycle
- Prior experience working in an agile / DevOps environment applying frameworks such as Scrum / Kanban.
- Experience of working through an Agile Transformation Program
- Demonstrating strong knowledge and background with Agile concepts
- Possessing prior experience coaching teams in Agile adoption or as a Scrum Master
- Having outstanding facilitation skills

- Strong communication and written skills, ability to communicate your ideas with others at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience in managing vendor relationship
