QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

ViraSoft is a software company that specialises in bringing efficiency and effectiveness in Cancer Diagnosis using Digital Pathology. Conventional methods in Cancer Diagnosis make use of glass slides. ViraSoft facilitates the transition to digital slides which allow for faster, easier and more accurate diagnoses.

As an experienced, entrepreneurial and high-level sales person you will be responsible for maximizing order intake, sales, price realization and customer satisfaction in your region. By establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships with various stakeholder groups at key sites, you will drive market visibility in order to ensure the long term growth and profitability of your region.

You will be responsible for sales of Digital Pathology Solutions as part of Virasoft Yazılım. The Digital Pathology Solution from Virasoft encompasses scanning, storage, IT, integration, workflow optimization and analytics, with a focus on clinical diagnostics.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Digital Pathology software company is looking for Corporate Sales Specialist for its Sales & Marketing Department located in Istanbul
  • University degree, graduated from Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Divisions
  • Min 3 year’s experience in Healthcare IT ,Medical and high-end solution sales
  • High level of computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken
  • Freedom to travel as required by the role
  • Clinical knowledge and experience of modality / products in the IVD- FDA segment is an advantage
  • Clearly apparent drive and passion, with intense desire for success.
  • Strong and proven track record in Sales, preferably in more than one field and at hospitals manager and pathologists /management level

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Providing domestic marketing team and distributors with the necessary technical data & expertise
  • Providing necessary technical data for tenders
  • Accountable for maximizing order intake, sales (incl. Services Contracts) and price realization within the region.
  • Strong ability to map out territory and identify market potential.
  • Drive market visibility by frequent customer visits, product demonstrations, evaluations, seminars and congresses.
  • Maintain superior relationships at multiple levels within accounts, including executive level.
  • Responsible for development and implementation of account plans and regional strategy.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate account, opportunity and funnel data via online management.
  • Strong ability to analyze won deals, expectations, customer satisfaction (NPS), market, competition and trends and communicate winning tactics with colleagues.
  • Ability to develop relationships and collaboration with partners where required.
  • Ultimate responsibility for alignment of all customer facing staff active at account level.
