EXPORT CRM EXECUTIVE
IT IS A MIDDLE LEVEL MANAGEMENT ADVERT
· Vintage Trimmings is a global Trim Supplier in textile.
· Excellent command of both written and spoken English
· Provides excellent customer service consistent with the daily service basics of the brand.
· Executes and supports Vintage Trimmings’ s Customer Service Standards and company’s Brand Standards
· Required to be active in every stage of order ( from receipt of the order, after being shipped to the customer)
· Tracks and prepares the necessary reports.
· Closely monitor production to achieve the designated individual goals.
· Active contribution of information to other departments so that customers expectations are satisfied.
· Prepares sales reports and ensures market and customer info for further follow-up work.
· Ability to shall map out the development in his market segment and report back to Product Development Dept.
· At least 2 years experience in a similar position ( preferably in Textile and has knowledge about accessories Button, label, zippers...etc)
· Stay or will be able to in CORLU, ERGENE
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to focus attention on details and to handle multiple tasks
· Result driven, proactive and reliable personality
· Excellent command of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
· Ability to manage telephone& mail traffic in English.
· The ability to work as part of a team
· The ability to manage communication between other Vintage Trimmings ’s offices around world.
· The ability to work in an office environment
