QHSE Representative

Position Summary:

The QHSE Representative position will be based in Viking Diyarbakır Yard. He/she reports to the QHSE Superintendent and/or QHSE Supervisor depending on department organization and assignments. He/she works as an advisor to the Yard Manager and assists the Operation Engineers / Supervisors and managers in the implementation of the QHSE Management System.

He/she conducts inspections, drills, attends safety meetings and prepares reports on daily basis at the yard.  Provides safety inductions to all concerned parties and perform onsite trainings to the crew.  He/she works together with the other members of the QHSE Team such OHS Specialist, Company Doctors, Other Healthcare specialists and other QHSE Staff.  Where requires he/she attends to the field operation of company Energy Services operations.  Assist the assigned unit through unsafe acts, conditions, near misses and incident reporting.  Participates in investigation process where low potential incidents occurred.

Position Requirements:

·         Good Communication Skills.

·         On site safety experience.

·         Familiar with the QHSE Management Systems and Local Regulations.

·         Good knowledge for Microsoft Office Suit.

·         C and/or B Class OHS Specialist Certificate.

·         NEBOSH IGC / Oil and Gas / IOSH Managing Safely Certificate (Preferable).

·         ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Knowledge - Internal / Lead Auditor Certificate (Preferable)

·         Fire Trainer Certificate (Preferable)
