We are looking for Finance Manager for our Finance Department in Istanbul, Turkey.

• University degree,
• Minimum 8 years work experience, preferably in multinational companies
• Ability to analyse data and/or situation, maintain high accuracy and work quality standards, demonstrate problem solving skills
• Ability to establish rapport, credibility and drive results
• Analytical and communication skills
• Energetic, self-motivated and dedicated
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (French or Arabic is a plus)
• Good command of Microsoft office programs 
• No military obligation for male candidates

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

1. Assisting the Regional Head with the responsibility for a region visa-vis the following:

•         Finance
•         Accounts
•         Budgetary controls
•         Project Budgeting & Pricing
•          MIS
•         Statutory compliances including direct and indirect tax & all audit related matters

2. FAR verification in co-ordination with Admin, Security & IT team

3. Ensure Embassy accounts reconciliation & control & confirmation

4. Maintain tracker for business update & additional revenue/cost saving

5. Project/ Annual quarterly budgeting for the region(s)

6. Compliance to legal requirements, Internal reporting’, Finance SOP & VFS Global policies

7. Regular VAC visits and surprise audits so far as all the finance related activities are concerned etc.

8. Ensure that there is no control failure

9. Compliance to internal audit requirement & closure of audit report within 7 working days

10. Ensure VFAR Compliance & submission of monthly compliance certificate

11. Ensure Internal Customer Satisfaction

12. Prepare MIS for the region to portray the monthly profitability, variance analysis vis- -vis budgets. Ensure review of books/ MIS regularly & ensure proper control

13. Ensures Professional development of colleagues & team members. Recognizes training needs & provides for necessary training to individuals.

14. Prepare projected cash flow

15. Initiatives for cost saving & Revenue generation

16. Implementation of Special Projects such as ISO & SAP
