Vestel is searching for a Researcher to be employed in Vestel Elektronik San. ve Tic. AŞ. Manisa OSB Central Plant

• Graduated from four-year undergraduate programs of universities,
• Preferably used SAP HR module, capable of using .Net, SQL and good at MS Office programs,
• Experienced in HR analytics,
• Preferably used Microsoft Power BI,
• Preferably worked in manufacturing companies and mastered the culture of the factory,
• Flexible working hours,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills,
• Good command of English,
• Have analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
• Work carefully and result-oriented, prone to teamwork

Job Description:

• Knowledge about human resources processes
• Having the level of experience in Human Resources system development projects and project management
• Will be able to follow up social media, mobile applications and current technologies
• Using HR analytics with absenteeism, number of employees, overtime etc. make employee information reports and analysis
• Create and develop panels / reports to provide insight to HR departments with Power BI
• Reporting with Google Analytics
• Provide the necessary support to the team in Human Resources reporting
