Artwork Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design,  Translation and Interpreting or related department etc,
• Master’s Degree is a plus,
• Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
• Preferably experienced or junior (experienced candidates in related area will be prioritized),
• Skilled in content writing, rendering visual contents, preparing artwork documents,
• Knowledge/competence in using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe PDF Editor and other supporting programs (etc.),
• Able to follow the current artwork trends and make benchmark to reflect this on their work,
• Have the competencies to transfer the artwork design studies to other teams in the required formats,
• Have the special interest to investigate how the new products work,
• Ability to execute and complete multiple projects simultaneously within limited time frames,
• Have presentation skills and have knowledge of presentation programs,
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills,

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Preparing and making technical edits of the artwork documents and contents (user manuel, quick user guide, gift box technical informations, how to use video contents, etc.) of oursourced products,
• Learning the usage and maintenance processes of products from related team members, experiencing them on the products and transferring them to the artworks documents,
• Creating the contents for How to Use videos or Product Information sheets of the products,
• Carrying out collaborative works / projects with other artwork teams, customer experience management and marketing departments,
• Making benchmarks and trend analysis about artwork documents and user experiences.

Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
