After Sales Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Management Engineering,
• Master’s Degree is a plus,
• Excellent command of written and verbal English,
• Preferably experienced or junior (experienced candidates in related area will be prioritized)
• Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge,
• Strong communication, representation, persuasion and sales skills,
• Researcher and open to improvement, managing over time work,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Descriptions

• Organizing and administrating all required activities to provide the after-sales services of all product groups exported by Vestel Ticaret A.S and its subsidiary companies for all business models; considering cost, customer satisfaction and fulfillment of the applicable law/regulations of each country,
  
• Preparing/negotiating commercial and quality agreements to be signed with service providers, customers, licencors and manufacturers,
• Regular reporting of cost and KPIs,
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by handling customer inquiries related with atfer sales services

Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
