We are seeking a “Senior Trainer” to play a key role in VeriPark’s Academy for employees and partners, to build a scalable knowledge based organization delivering quality. You will be responsible to transform software product information into structured courses, that are aligned to how people learn. Becoming a subject matter expert for the different products is crucial in this role. Delivering training and organizing tailored training programs is your second nature. You will report directly to the Head of VeriPark Academy, based in Brussels. This role requires occasional travelling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create VeriPark product & company training material.
  • Co-create, organize and execute role-based training programs.
  • Deliver classroom (international) and web training.
  • Define certification programs.
  • Provide the material for the eLearning content builders.
  • Setup and manage exercise environments.
  • Collaborate with product and project teams.


Required skills & experience (>5 years)

  • Excellent skills in building training material.
  • Proven experience in delivering training.
  • Excellent English is required, both spoken and written.
  • Profound knowledge of Dynamics D365 CRM (application & customization level).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, …).

Preferred skills & experience

  • Experience in Banking (retail, corporate, private) industry is a plus.
  • International training experience.
  • Basic understanding of technical concepts and architectures (Microsoft).
  • Experience in D365 CRM implementation projects.
  • Creating exams and/or certification programs.
