We are seeking a Human Resources Senior Specialist who will take part in recruitment, training, employer brand and talent management processes infast growing and challenging IT organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing all the recruitment processes,
  • Coordinating interview organizations for Headquarters and international countries when necessary,
  • Coordinating all interviews, including scheduling with interviewers and candidates,
  • Conduct face to face competency based interviews in English and Turkish,
  • Developing a talent pipeline for immediate and future positions,
  • Taking active role in employer branding,
  • Taking a role in employee engagement, internal / external communication and employer branding processes,
  • Generate creative ideas in organizing social and employee engagement activities for employees and support stronger internal communication within the organization,
  • Supporting and accomplishing Organizational Development processes and projects,
  • Advising on human resources processes and applications,
  • Coordinating training processes,
  • Providing various HR reports to management when necessary.


Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, career planning and talent management functions
  • Experience in employer brand processes
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Preferably experience in IT ındustry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate manner
  • Excellent negotiation, planning and organization competencies
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Multi-task executer, detail-oriented and analytical
