Desired Skills and Experience

• BSc or MSc degree in law
• A communicative and highly motivated team player, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Resourceful and proactive, and driven for further success
• Constructive and consultative team player, sense of humour
• Positive attitude working in a high pressure environment with challenging deadlines
• Knowledge of data protection regulation
  
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English

İŞ TANIMI

• To draft, review, negotiate and close all types of sales, partnership, business agreements,
• To identify and assess legal risk for non-standard contracts and advice the business accordingly
• To provide broad, operational legal support and risk assessment to each part of the business
• Objective analysis of risks with ability and confidence to provide solutions quickly to satisfy legal and business requirements
• Effectively develop (either based on company precedents or in accordance with local laws) and implement legal and governance policies throughout the company
• To provide legal advice to queries on an as needed basis
• To provide advice on, implement and enforce legal and corporate policy
• To proactively identify relevant, and interpret, apply and advice on local laws
