A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced and top of class Performance Marketing Manager to play a lead role in building our new C2B2B used car marketplace that leverages our extensive network of petrol stations in Turkey. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this is a key role in building and managing our online presence across all performance marketing channels. You will enjoy working with smart, creative and energetic people, working as part of a highly ambitious start-up team. Your role will be hands-on with real responsibility and impact from day one

Role Mission
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for designing, managing and continuously optimising the performance of our online marketing channels including SEO as part of an in-house team. You will initially begin as an individual contributor and then build a team as we continue to scale. Your ultimate mission will be to deliver and rapidly grow the monthly volume of customers acquired within defined ROI parameters

Key Areas of Responsibility

• To develop an overall Performance Marketing Strategy that goes hand in hand with the overall marketing plan and reflects our brand and customer obsessive culture
• To convert the strategy into an operating plan with tightly defined ROI and KPIs across online paid channels
• To drive a robust test, learn & iterate strategy to constantly improve advertising effectiveness and ensure volume growth exceeds CPA growth
• To partner with in-house or 3rd party creative, design and copy teams on developing content that will maximise the impact of performance marketing
• To produce and present regular reporting and insights on all aspects of Performance Marketing to the wider she cross functional team including the CEO
• To evaluate emerging tech and provide thought leadership and business case rationale for adoption as appropriate
• To continuously manage and prioritise the SEO roadmap and ensure we thrive through organic as well as paid channels in terms of rank, referral volumes and conversions

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in related field and at least 5 years of Performance Marketing experience in a fast moving / high growth brand and business
• Strong working knowledge of digital media including search, display, and social, with all the appropriate google accreditation's and certifications
• Experience working as part of an in-house performance marketing team with real hands on operational responsibility or agency side actively managing fast growth and ROI focussed accounts; must be able to dive deep
• Best in class analytical skills, advanced Excel user and comfortable with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Solid knowledge of website analytics and tracking tools, especially Google Analytics, for overall traffic measurement and conversion tracking
• Experience of anticipating and adopting innovations in digital technology; must be willing to learn and always be curious
• Ability to multi-task projects and initiatives effectively and prioritise whilst continuously delivering results
• Highly capable of meeting strict deadlines in a high-pressure, ever-changing environment
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented and self-directed. Energetic, can-do attitude with a strong bias for action
• Ability to work and thrive in a growth focused and fast-paced environment
• Fluency in written and verbal English is compulsory
