QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Graduated from Engineering departments of universities,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive sector,
- Involved in the new product launching projects of Ford and Volkswagen Group vehicles,
- Ability to use Ms-Office Project,
- Good knowledge of English and German,
- Having no restriction to travel in the country and abroad and having driving license,
- Male candidates must have completed military service.
- Manage and interface with both customers and internal stakeholders to resolve projects efficiently, ensuring all involved adhere to deadlines, budget and quality
- Performs in the lead role for product development and launch on new automotive lighting programs and changes
- Understands all customer requirements for the project, communicates them to the team, and ensures that the team meets or exceeds them
- Ensures adherence to project plan and schedule by conducting core team meetings, generating follow-up documents, managing open issues, facilitating team member’s jobs, and soliciting management support in overcoming problems
- Authorizes and controls changes in the program affecting the agreed to targets and/or objectives
