VANITY was founded in 2016 in Istanbul. It has reached to a team of 100+ in 4 years and is still growing rapidly. VANITY is providing top quality Plastic&Cosmetic Surgery, Medical Aesthetics Solutions, Hair Transplantation and Cosmetic by internationally qualified surgeons and specialists at best in its own boutique Hospital.

 Vanity is looking for a "Brand Specialist" in Marketing Department.

      Requirements:

• University degree in related departments (Preferably Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics),
• Min. 3-4 years of marketing experience (Preferably in B2C)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, good computer skills in Excel,
• Good in negotiation and able to inspire others,
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
• No restriction to travel,

• No military obligation for male candidates.

     Job Description:

• Building strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional business teams and 3rd party agencies.
• Development and implementation of the annual ATL & BTL communication and PR activities ensuring it is in line with overall strategy,
• Track of yearly Marketing Budgets and spending approval process.
• Activation Plans for Inhouse Influencer management(Celebrity, Influencer)
• Assisting designing and developing successful brand strategies, and ensuring successful execution of the strategy in line with business goals of the company,
• Working in cooperation with Trade Marketing, Sales, Hospital & Patent Relations teams to drive successful executions,
• Management of Loyalty Programs,
• Keeping the website content updated.
