Product Manager

• University degree from engineering faculties, preferably Mechanical Engineering 
• At least 3 years experience in related fields 
• Good knowledge of heating appliences, controls or renewable products, and ideally with Product Management experience on big outbut boilers 
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken 
• Well-developed communication skills, working with cross-functional teams to resolve product issues, be an innovative problem solver, and ideally having project management experience 
• Positibe "can do" attitude 

 JOB DESCRIPTION 

• To ensure succesful delivey of agreed projects and the on-time delivery of new products to market with full supporting techincal and product information/approvals 
• To support the definition and implementation of product strategies within current and future business plan of Vaillant Group ensuring they meet the specific brand objectives 
• To effectively manage the product life cycle and maximise margin from all product /target customer groups 
• To effectively manage phase in/out of products with minimum residual stock 
• To ensure sales/stock forecasts are accurately made reviewed with sales team and communicated to the relevant departments and suppliers 
• To manage product issues in conjuction with key stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and accurate, targeted communications across the business 
• To ensure succesful on-time delivery of agreed manuals to R&D for NPI and manage manual updates/changes 
• To represent company in relevant trade associations 
• To follow-up legal developments and plan necessary changes on product and system
