•          1-2 years work/internship experience
•          B.Sc. degree in engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering
•          Excellent command of English, comfortable with giving presentations in English
•          Excellent command of MS-Office tools,
•          Familiar with / interested in financial analysis key concepts and terminology
•          No travel restrictions
•          Residing in Istanbul-Anatolian side is preferred
•          B Class Driving Licence owner and active driver
•          Military service has to be completed for male candidates
•          Self-driven in following his/her responsibilities
•          Self-motivated, self-learner, ready to take initiative
•          Team worker and strong in interpersonal relationships
•          Math and Modeling Skills used in Statistical Analysis

İŞ TANIMI

• The Data Specialist is responsible for retrieving, analyzing and converting data into useful information in report format. He/She coordinates the Industrial Engineering (IE) reporting and analyzes a process to provide data for operational decision-making.
• Reviews reporting needs to eliminate and incorporate operational information in the reporting process.
• Assesses how reports are completed and the frequency of requests to determine the need for automation.
• Provides business users with market trend data to utilize for analysis and reporting.
• Identifies data and system fields required to generate reports for business plans and forecasts.
• Creates new business plan reports in the financial reporting and planning system (i.e., Khalix) to accommodate customers’ requests.
• Receives and prioritizes requests for new data reports to serve customer needs based on urgency and importance.
• Collaborates with requestors to establish completion dates and ensure timely delivery.
• Follows up with requestors on report specifications to ensure clear understanding of desired results.
• Obtains data from Info-Library and other sources to populate reports.
• Converts information into a useable format for operational decision-making.
• Prints or publishes regularly scheduled reports for review and dissemination.
• Develops reports to support improvement of performance and results.
