United Work, an international organization within non-profit sector,  is looking for a Financial Budget and Reporting Specialist.

Required Skills:

• Graduated from relevant fields of universities
• Preferably has work experience in performing similar role within profit or non-profit organizations
• Financial audit experience will be a plus
• Has analytical and practical mindset
• Multitasker who has strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must be a MS Excel user
• Good level of English in written and spoken is required

Job Description:

Financial Budget & Reporting Specialist will be responsible of the following

• Making analyses and preparing regular reports on current and projected revenue, expense, cash flow, variances, and costs of the organization
• Will be in cooperation with the project managers due to financial duties and reports of the projects
• Making dynamic tables of salary increase and financial calculations
• Recording the expenditures to the appropriate cost center of the related project’s financial report 
• Follow-up and store of the proof documents of expenditures
• Sharing monthly financial reports and proof documents of the project with the donors
• Reconciliation of financial report and the bank account transactions
• Controlling the expense forms on a weekly basis
• Forecast analysis of the financial report when required
• Will be in coordination with the outsourced accounting firm; controlling the monthly payroll, communicating the issues such as invoice cancellation/preparation etc.
• Preparation of other ad-hoc reports requested by the management 
• Taking a role in the audit process after the end of the project, providing relevant documents to the auditor
