QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an ''VIP/IT Support Specialist'' who will be responsible for prioritizing, resolving, routing and scheduling all incoming internal technology support requests and issues.

Job Description

  • Provide support across a wide range of technology platforms (Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android)
  • Provide onsite, remote, and occasionally at-home support to VIP/Executives 
  • Support special events, large webinars, and associated technology needs
  • Develop and maintain executive support documentation
  • Design and implement new technology standards and manage the entire hardware life cycle of executive devices
  • Ability to resolve break-fix problems, deploy new hardware installations and manage migrations and transition to new hardware effectively. 
  • Identify, resolve and escalate issues where appropriate to leadership or other IT teams to ensure the issues are resolved with a sense of urgency
  • Provide afterhours and on-call support for executives,
  • Support enterprise solutions across various Microsoft/Apple/Android device management platforms as well as Microsoft O365
  • Provide support design, implement and manage solutions using Intune, Azure, and Airwatch. 
  • Collaborate with security and network leadership to ensure that services dependencies, performance, and stability are met
  • Make recommendations?and implement?process improvements and technology changes based on best practices?
  • Creation and maintenance of Knowledge Base Articles for support teams for all covered service.


Requirements

  • Graduating from at least associate preferably from related departments of universities,
  • Knowling at least one of both written and spoken good command of English.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in providing onsite and/or remote technical support,
  • Knowling to of an IT equipment (computer, printer, projector, etc.),
  • Proficienting in MS device systems and MS applications (Teams, Zoom, etc.),
  • Knowledging of Active Directory, File Server, PrintServer architectures,
  • Having to the Switch and AP working structure,
  • Preferably with ITSM Tool knowledge experience
  • Preferably having an ITIL Certificate or knowing an ITIL server,
  • Having a command of the domain structure, Backing up on end-user devices, Having a good command of the backup process, (Onedrive etc.)
  • Able to make suggestions in critical systems analysis and system services,
  • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking ability,
  • Ability to adapt to the aptitude of the team and the dynamic structure of our company,
  • Providing on-site support in customer location.
