General Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming or Computer Engineering,  

At least 4-8 years actively being in development processes,  

Experience of people management and the ability to lead and influence others

Experience in formal personal development planning and individual, team and process performance management 

Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects in a structured environment 

Experience with issue management systems like JIRA

Experience working in an Agile development environment

Experience with version control systems like Git, Bitbucket

Experience in requirements capture, analysis techniques and process improvement approaches  

 

Good understanding of Objective-C or Swift, C++ and Java

Knowledge of PHP is a plus

Hybrid mobile application development experience

Able to set up and configure Apache,  IIS (Internet Information Services),  

Experience in Net Core , Openid Connect , SignalR is a strong plus

Experience in MS SQL, MySql database, able to write complex stored procedure,  

Knowledge of Typescript and Angular.js, Node.js, Ajax,  ASP.NET, HTML5, Javascript, jQuery, JSON, XML, SOAP, Rest,Bootstrap  

Developed an application that working on Cloud  Systems (AWS, Azure et.)

 

Experience in Model View Controller (MVC), preferably took part in a project,  

 

Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

Fluency in English in both written & spoken,  

No military obligation for male candidates.

Understanding of TDD/Unit Testing  

Experience with distributed multi client systems

Analyze the current software used in the company according to the business needs and ensuring the continuity of the existing and newly developed applications,

Provide to solve the problems which is technical and user problems related to software,

Document of processes and software,

Develop the requests for reports from business units,
