Project & Process Management Senior Specialist

Unifree is a duty-free company with a German partner and will manage the world's largest duty-free space, at the Istanbul New Airport, which is the world's largest airport project. In the framework of this project, we are looking for an"Project Management Senior Specialist" to be included in our team.

• University degree in related fields
• At least 4 years’ experience in Project management in retail industry, construction project, business process re-engineering, supply chain management or IT portfolio management
• Proven knowledge on MS project
• Fluent English speaking and writing capabilities
• Experience in process management, optimization and design is a plus
  
• Risk Management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute is a plus
• Program management and project management office development experience
• Experience in International and/or multi-national/multi-cultural, and/or virtual team is a plus
• Good command of MS Office applications, especially high level of MS Excel skills
• Experience in any other non-project management team oriented business
• No military obligation for male candidates
• A good team player, good communication skills is a plus
• Experience in project management processes and methodologies is a plus
• No travel restrictions

İŞ TANIMI

• Work coordinately with sub-project team
• Help prepare Project schedules and manage risks & issues
• Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Monitor, control and report all works being completed on time, and with expected quality as well as the standards
