IT Assistant Specialist

Unifree is a duty-free company with a German partner and will manage the world's largest duty-free space, at the Istanbul New Airport, which is the world's largest airport project. In the framework of this project, we are looking for a "IT Assistant Specialist " to be included in our team.

The IT Specialist’s role is to ensure accurate, secure, solid and sustainable first level IT support.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering/programming, information systems, or related fields,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Help Desk position,
• Proven experience with IT service support,
• Elementary level of knowledge & experience on Windows server & infrastructure,
• ITIL knowledge is a big asset,
• Experience in Windows OS is a big asset,
• Knowledge on VPN, Anti-virus,
• Knowledge on Video Conference Systems,
• Experience on Backup and Restore tools,
• Experience managing mobile device management,
• Good troubleshooting capabilities and solid problem-solving skills with proactive approach,
• Intermediate level of English both written and spoken,
• Military service should be completed for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Providing high quality IT Support to the clients for 1st level and 2nd level when required,
• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot PCs, laptops and peripherals such as mouse, keyboard, monitor, printer etc.,
• Support end-users’ hardware and software in order to deliver required service levels,
• Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing, upgrading software & hardware, configuring systems and applications,
• Proceeding, checking and reporting daily backups,
• Practice asset management for IT hardware, software and equipment,
• Develop help sheets and frequently asked questions lists for end users,
• Provide remote support for end users when local support is not feasible.
