Unifree is a duty free company with a German partner and will manage the world's largest duty free space on the 29th of October 2018, at the Istanbul New Airport, which is the world's largest airport project. In the framework of this project, we are looking for a "Academy Specialist" to be included in our team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration and other related fields,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Excellent command of MS Office applications,
• Has analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
• Has planning and organizational skills,
• Result and change oriented, strong communication skills, and a team player,
• Military service should be completed for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Prepare, organize, and execute training & education sessisions for the employees,
• Create engaging training opportunities for employees,
• Collaborate with multiple teams within the organization to gather content for instructional design,
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers or instructors,
• Design and create training models,
• Review training materials from a variety of vendors and choose appropriate materials,
• Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective
• Select and assign instructors to conduct training,
• Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment.
