Blue Crescent International Consulting Construction (BCIC LTD) is looking for a Civil Engineer according to following qualifications.

BCIC LTD was established in 1999 and operated in the area of consultancy, Project management, organization, construction, education and supply of construction materials and other goods. BCIC LTD is giving consultancy services on Project design, implementation and capacity building. On construction, BCIC LTD is operated in Syria, Sudan, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Indonesia and targeted to satisfy customers according to their requests with using various construction technologies. BCIC LTD is always looking for modernity through their relations and the philosophy of "right step in right time" in order to extend its possessed products and make more people can aware and use of it.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Civil Engineering from reputable universities.
• At least 5 years experience in international projects.
• Worked with different disciplines (construction, mechanical, electrical).
• Being well aware of construction contract / construction management / work plan / project management.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills that can effectively manage relationships in international projects is a must.(Arabic is not obligatory, but a plus).
• Very good command of MS Office programmes and AutoCAD.
• Process development and quality oriented.
• Results-oriented, analytical thinking, planning and problem-solving  skills.
• Strong human relations and communication skills.
• Is capable of seeing details.
• Have no obstacle to travel overseas (Mostly African countries).
• Male candidates should have no military obligations or postponed for at least two years.
• Resident in Asia side of Istanbul.
