Job Description: 

The Overseas Staff Manager will supervise daily operations of our foreign locations based on statistical data generated by our surveillance department. 

The Overseas Staff Manager: 

• Works with various personnel to ensure compliance with staff management related functions including, but not limited to: work assignments, performance appraisals, employee recognition, disciplinary actions, new staff orientation, ongoing education, and training. 

• Recommends revisions to departmental policies and assists in staff management policy enforcement and compliance. 

• Perform additional duties as assigned. 

Minimum requirements: 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

• Ability to project a professional image. 

• Strong organizational and analytical skills. 

• Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions (MS Word, Excel, spreadsheets, etc.). 

• Effective oral and written communication skills in both English and Turkish 

• Reside in Bursa, or willing to relocate to Bursa 

• Ability to work night shifts, every other night 12 hours. 

Experience: 

• Effective problem solving skills with the ability to resolve problems with tact, courtesy and diplomacy 

• Experience in HR and Personnel Affairs 15+ years 

• Foreign experience in related positions is a huge plus
