We are looking for a Project Management Specalist !

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree

Several years of professional experience in a call center 

Preferably 1+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas

• Account Management
• Project Management
• Business Analysis 

Good knowledge of foreign languages 

Effective use of MS Office programs 

Ability to adapt to different conditions and teams easily 

Excellent communication skills 

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Management of customer relationship 

Holding regular, weekly meetings with our Account Managers 

Weekly presentations of the operations to the management team 

Ensuring that the data is up-to-date in the reporting tools used by our company 

Analysing our customers' requests correctly and sharing them with the relevant departments 

Being the point of contact for our customers and our company 

Contributing of ideas and suggestions for process enhancements 

Developing of full scale projects plans, time frames and deliverables 

Collecting and documenting of information, maintains, reconciles and distributes monthly and weekly postage reports 

Communicating with outsources to reports and updates achievements, plans, risks, issues and mitigation actions 

Providing of feedback and updating of standard project management documents and plans 

Advanced command of the English language 

Preferably German as a second foreign language
