Our multinational business partner which operates in financial services sector is looking for a "Operation Manager".


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related areas (e.g. Administration, Finance, Economics or Tourism area)
  • Fluency in English (A second or third language will be a value for the position e.g. Spanish, French, Portuguese, etc.)
  • Minumum 5 years of similar experience in a managerial position (Business and economic management in retailing, outsourcing, or F&B industry will be valued for the position)
  • Skilled in MS Office
  • Highly developed organisational skills
  • Preferably, proven leadership abilities and leading by example
  • Ability to work in flexible workhours
  • No restrictions for travelling 


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Research and analysis of currency suppliers and establish collaborative arrangements
  • Capitalise company's operations through improvements in the operational process
  • Analyse the business process and establish the critical points where improvement is possible
  • Design all processes that affect operations and include them in the relevant manuals
  • Treasury supervision at the Work Place
  • Analyse the types of customers, study the different currencies and situations, get to know the markets and find new niches
  • Establish a pricing policy, including the various levels and types of pricing; communicate such policy, and set up follow-up channels
  • Implement the pricing policy and carry out the corresponding follow-up studies and improvements
  • Coordination, supervision, control and performance improvement of the Work Place
  • Establish, in coordination with the General Management, the margins policy of the Company
  • Analyse pricing and margins policy and implement monitoring and correction systems
  • Comply with the regulations established by official bodies, so that everything is available in due time and manner, hence guaranteeing compliance with the regulations
  • Improve the performance of the Work Place and of all processes through the mechanization of tasks. To that end, it is essential to correctly define the requirements pursuant to the procedures established by the Technology and Development Department
  • Adaptation to the central bank requirements in order to both comply with the legal standards, and obtain useful information for operational improvements
  • Properly respond to both central bank auditors and internal auditors.
  • Standardise procedures in order to unify and make more efficient the operations at remote WPs
  • Responsible for professional development of the Managers team
