We're seeking a dedicated Foreign Trade Specialist to join our Purchasing Team, to be part of our success.

Responsibilities;

• Actively coordinate import and export activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation.
• Negotiate trade agreements, terms, and pricing to enhance international business relationships.
• Completing the purchasing process till the orders arrive to warehouse.
• Manage international logistics, including shipping, customs clearance, and delivery coordination and take proactive measures to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce excess stock.
• Identify and optimize duty drawback opportunities to minimize import costs.
• Reporting purchasing stages under their responsibilities.
• Collaborate closely with global partners, suppliers, and distributors to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of import/export documentation, including invoices and licenses.
• Maintain organized records of international trade transactions, ensuring traceability and transparency.
• Follow up tax exemption certificates and inform suppliers.
• Follow up contracts processes.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree in international business, trade, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in foreign trade, import/export, or related roles.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good Knowledge of MS Office
• Living or able to live in Istanbul (Anatolian side)
• No military obligation for male candidates
