We are looking for an Accounting Specialist;

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
• Excellent level of written and spoken English
• Good knowledge in Logo Tiger is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Excel)
• Problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment
• Good knowledge in accounting legislation

 Responsibilities

• Preparing declaration documents, VAT, Stamp Tax, declaration form of prepaid corporation tax and corporation income tax on time, to have approved them and loading the approved declarations documents into related tax authorities on the e-declaration form portal.
• Ensuring the checking of e-journal voucher and loading approved them into the e- journal voucher portal
• Checking invoices complying with contracts, evaluation forms within the signatures and to be taking into the accounts.
• Assisting checking of the trial balance.
• Assisting calculating of cost accounting.
• Preparing due payments, listing and submitting them to Finance Manager and preparing transaction instructions on payday, receiving approval for them and sending to related banks.
• Making approved banking transactions with current banks, money transfers, currency exchange and exchange arbitrage etc.
• Keeping a copy of all kinds of contracts that will have paid by the company, controlling the contracts for payments to be made.
• Checking accounts, accounting of expenditures, bank accounts, foreign exchange works, reconciliation and VAT lists that kept and/or recorded in the accounting department.
