Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work in our Head Office in Kadikoy.

Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in production, organization, and assembly of proposal and presentation content and templates.
• Create & update external marketing collateral (presentations, graphics, brochures, leave-behinds, etc.).
• Adhere and support maintenance of brand standards throughout deliverables.
• Follow standards and guidelines to maintain content in the marketing library.
• Liaise with and support marketing counterparts in offices across U.S. and internationally with requests.
• Perform proof reading and contribute to and maintain content asset management system.
• Assist in the development of visually captivating graphics and design elements for a range of marketing materials.
• Track and maintain organization of marketing and communication deliverables, including proposal content, project descriptions, project data sheets, resumes, and other sales support needs.
• Manage master project database, ensuring all information is continuously maintained and is current and accurate.
• Update marketing databases across various system platforms with sales and customer related data.
• Prepare external communications (press releases, articles).
• Maintain and update external website and project pages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event experiences for participants for external events (trade shows, career fairs etc), and internal events (townhall, new hire conference, women in construction week, breast cancer awareness month etc)
• Collaborate with international marketing team to gather relevant information and manage social media presence (LinkedIn)
• Execute internal communications to include distribution of quarterly newsletter and/or intranet updates.
• Manage requirements for Turner City process.
• Assist with coordination of award submittal process.
• Assist with lead and client database management.
• Perform market research and competitor analysis, as required.
• Manage marketing-related project close-out procedures: e.g. final photography, final project data, client references, etc.
• Translation of marketing collateral.
• Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required, and minimum of 5 year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or other related business to business professional service industry experience
• This role collaborates closely with the international marketing team, and proficiency in English is required.
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office suite of applications, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Familiar with marketing fundamentals including brand management, graphic design, and layout skills.
• Able to coordinate, organize, and record information, and edit, proofread, and conduct research.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate interpersonal and team building skills.
• Able to take direction, learn and process information quickly, follow tasks through to completion, and work in deadline- driven team and environment.
• Attention to detail, highly organized, and good time management skills.
