General Properties 

• At least 4 years university degree,
• At least 10 years of experience in credit analysis/underwriting process,
• Having sufficiant experience to manage the Underwriting Team who is in charge of Project Finance, Construction&Contracting Projects and Financial Institutions.
• Understanding the economic conditions of the sectors and the market and having the competency to estimate & measure the effects of social, political, and economic developments on the quality of the credit portfolio,
• Ability to make that detail risk assessment that contribute to the final decision,
• Having the ability of taking independent decisions and balancing the Bank’s interests,
• Knowledge of regulatory issues in credit process,
• Having ability to work as a leader of a team and provide positive contribution to the team’s objective,
• Having strong coaching and training skills,
• Being fluent in English

Job Description

•  To evaluate the credit requests which are related to Project Finance (WPP, SPP, PPP, Consortium Loans, etc), Construction&Contracting Projects and Financial Institutions and to ensure that the credit requests are evaluated by relevant credit approval authorities,
• To approve the credit files within delegated authority,
• To manage and monitor that the section portfolio and delinquent accounts are monitored and followed up closely,
• To coordinate identification, classification and management of problematic Credits,
• To coordinate restructuring of problematic loans to reduce Non-Performing Loans and provisions,
• To ensure that credit process and decisions are in comply with the criteria, which is determined by Commercial Credit Policy,
• To perform customer calls and site visits as required,
• To provide coaching, training and being a mentor for SCO candidates.
