Are you ready to take the position of Information Investor Relations Senior Specialist/ Specialist in locating in Finance&Strategy Group?

General Properties          

• Oversee and prepare the Bank’s Annual Report and interim report, investor presentations, and IR website, ensuring that shareholders have access to accurate and complete information, 
• Take responsibility lease certificate issuance and make public disclosures,
• Carrying out operational assignments regarding Bank’s affiliates (Asset Lease Companies),
• Responsible for overseeing quarterly earnings and support main shareholder’s investor conference calls,
• Analyze and present financial trends, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the Business,
• Create a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties,
• Work with internal departments to ensure compliance on capital market regulatory matters,
• Carrying out the relations of the company with the regulatory agencies such as CMB of Turkey, Central Registry Agency
• Helping the preparations for the General Assembly meeting in accordance with the legislation, articles of association and in-house regulations,

Job Description

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field,
• 3-4 years or more  investor relations experience,
• Having capital market activities level 3 or advance level license is must,
• Ability to coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously, completing tasks accurately and on a timely basis,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office/Excel, think-cell knowledge is plus,
• Fluent English (written and spoken),
• Strong Communication and presentation,
