Are you ready to take the position of Compensation Management and HR Strategic Planning Assistant Vice President in our Compensation Management and HR Strategic Planning Department which is locating in Human Resources Group?


General Properties

  • Graduated from related departments of universities (preferably Mathematics Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Industrial Engineering),
  • Preferably at least 6 years experience in compensation and fringe benefits,
  • Preferably having HAY job evaluation methodology knowledge,
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs,
  • Have advanced knowledge of English.

Job Definition


  • Determination and development of company policies related to remuneration and fringe benefits,
  • Implementation of salary proposal process and annual salary increases,
  • Determination of reward methodologies and rule sets with related business groups,
  • Preparation of human resources group periodic reports and ad-hoc analysis and presenting outcomes to top management,
  • Carrying out headcount budget and staff cost budget processes,
  • Conducting and coordinating job evaluation (grading) studies.
