Turkeyana Clinic is looking for Human Resources Manager who will join young, dynamic and international team of Turkeyana Clinic in Istanbul.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree,
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as HR Manager in Call Center or service industry,
•Strong knowledge of Turkish HR laws and regulations,wage/salary and benefits administration, union etc.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization,
• Good negotiation skills with third parties,
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
• Strong planning and organisation skills,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Fluent level English,
• Native Turkish
Main Responsibilities:
• Manages all functions of the HR management including recruitment, talent management, performance management, training and Turkish laws and regulations,
• Responsible for planning and establishing HR systems ,
• Responsible for setting HR strategy and policy,
• Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment, social security and other applicable laws,
• Preparation and follow up the headcount plans in accordance with the company budget, • Providing employee satisfaction and engagement through effectively planning of HR functions,
• Support the company organization and strategy to achieve the best results in terms of corporate targets,
• Supporting employees of all level through training and development programs depending on the organizational needs,
• Sustaining employee engagement by employee opinion awareness and create internal communication opportunities to build cross relations,
