GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Job Description 

-Carry out online/offline researches to identify new markets and customers 

-Identify and contact potential clients in the market which are compatible with the general business development strategy of the company 

-Develop and build long term relationships with new potential clients whilst maintaining the existing client relationships and arrange business meetings with potential clients

-Negotiate contract details with the new and existing clients; finalize agreements and inform the related departments within the company 

-Search, analyze, recommend, contact, arrange and attend possible organizations and events (fair, exhibitions, symposiums and etc.) on behalf of the company to reach further new clients in the desired markets

-Prepare the lists of potential clients and events by online research 

-Cooperate with sales teams at the company to make sure right proposals are recommended for each and every client 

-Collaborate with marketing and designing team for necessary products of events and all business development needs and make sure that all products are prepared on time and as agreed 

-Make research for necessary PR activates on the target market; contact press people, celebrities and YouTubers if necessary

-Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

-Keep records of contracts, deals, sales, revenue, commission details, invoices etc.

-Provide after-sales support for clients whereas necessary  

-Become an expert on the company’s services, products, processes and operations and keep up-to-date on sectorial news and developments 

Requirements

-Proven working experience as a business development specialist, sales executive or similar role for at least 2-3 years, preferably in healthcare, beauty or tourism sectors 

-Proficiency in MS Office and industry specific software programs (CRM, Project Management etc.) 

-Proficiency in English 

-Proficiency in a second language of the target market  is a plus (like Arabic, French, Spanish, German etc.) 

-Market knowledge

-Excellent online research skills 

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills including organizational presentations 

-Communication and negotiation skills

-Ability to build reports 

-Time management and planning skills

-No travel restrictions
