QUALIFICATIONS

•Bachelor degree from Department of Mechanical Engineering

•Experience in SAP PP module is preferred

•Experience in WCM (World Class Manufacturing)/Lean Manufacturing activities is preferred

•Experience in assembly method and machining operations activities is preferred

•Experience in Design programme (specially Creo) is preferred

•Good command of English, both written and spoken

•Interested and eager to learn, competency in problem solving

•Good team working skills

•Good knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP

•No obstacle to travel

•No military obligation for male candidates

•Knowlegde in geometrical measurement and tolerancing is preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION

•Tooling method, design, analysis and improvements (safety, quality, ergonomy etc.). Involvement in WCM and new project activities (specially regarding to safety, workplace organization, EEM)

•To improve tool design durations, correct rough material usage, reduce the tool manufacturing duration from design point of view, eliminate over/under quality effect with engineering calculations, increase the lifting equipment performance with design perspective, initiate and cycle the lifting equipment check and control system.

•Stock management, min-max evaluation and improving the stock procurements with error-proof methods, identifying and standardizing the relations between operations and tools, reducing tool warehouse inventory, calculating the tool consumption on each make parts, testing and improving current/old tools on line.
