Role: Internal Auditor

Working Type / Location: Full-time /Ankara

Working Model: Hybrid

What are the responsibilities of this role?

• Planning, performing and documenting process audits in accordance with the annual audit plan

• Conducting spot audits and consultancy projects, dealer and technical service audits and special investigations as requested

• Conducting thorough allegation investigations when required, ensuring impartiality, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures

• Presenting and reporting audit results in clear and concise manner

• Following up on action plan progress and ensuring that the recommendations are implemented in a timely manner as committed by the process owners

• Providing value-added, creative recommendations and control practices

• Assisting to prepare Audit Committee presentation

• Conducting Internal Audit Committees with Top Management

• Travelling up to 20% of the working year may be required

What are the general qualifications required for this role?

• University Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Science, or similar field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within the automotive manufacturing industry or a similar manufacturing environment

• Experience in conducting allegation investigations with a focus on impartiality, accuracy, and compliance

• A master’s degree is a plus

• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) preferred

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and assess operational risks effectively

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

• Leadership skills and ability to work effectively as a team player

• Willingness to listen and learn in a hands-on environment

• No restrictions for domestic travel
