YOUR ROLE

• Assuming responsibility for providing ongoing support and consultancy to premium hair dressers in order to promote brand awareness and solid business relationship
  
• Identifying new revenue opportunities with premium brands of Henkel Beauty Care Professional
  
• Preparing and delivering technical support via in-salon training to premium salons across Turkey (strong focus on İstanbul, Ankara, İzmir) aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets of the responsible brands
  
• Training hair artisans to ensure that the fundamentals of premium brands and respect the luxury and selectivity standards applied worldwide
  
• Working in close collaboration with Marketing & Sales teams to achieve targets and to increase market penetration
  
• Coaching in retailing and influencing hair artisans in selling to end consumer
  

YOUR SKILLS

• University degree from Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field with a successful academic record
  
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in relevant field preferably within the Beauty industry
  
• Know-how in hair salon dynamics and retailing preferably with marketing or sales background
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
  
• Having valid driving license and flexible for traveling
