YOUR ROLE

  • Assuming full responsibility for the coordination and implementation of all sales activities for Adhesive Technologies business unit with a wide range of Henkel products in Functional Coatings Segment
  • Handling acquisition of new customers and maximizing satisfaction of existing customer portfolio in İzmir, Manisa, Bursa and Eskisehir via providing technical and commercial support with Sales & Marketing department to achieve annual sales targets
  • Establishing and managing strategic relationship with customers
  • Realizing customer visits to follow up and accomplish successful deal closure with the existing and new clients
  • Accountable for the accomplishment of customer seminars, exhibitors and staff training (product/technology based)
  • Supporting the profitable growth in the segment across the related region
  • Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain and Production departments (Stock Level Optimization / Sales Forecasting / Management of Receivables) 

YOUR SKILLS

  • Having a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in relevant field preferably in Industrial (Preferably in painting or surface treatment) area
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications
  • Valid driving license and flexible for traveling

Preferred Candidate

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
