GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordination of the works under his/her field of responsibility with his/her team, relevant suppliers and relevant departments such as R&D, Quality, Production, SCM, Finance, Product Management etc. in order to realize targets such as time, quality, cost, savings, shipment performanc, etc. defined in line with the company targets;
  • Implementation of purchasing and project strategies determined in line with the company targets, ensuring effective utilization of resources;
  • Performing all the preparations related to supplier award system (receiving proposals, negotiating related to price and delivery terms, making supplier financial analysis conducted where necessary, preparing Total Cost of Ownership-TCO analysis, concluding contractual meetings, filling out Supplier Decision Document etc.) in order to identify the suppliers to do business with;
  • Regularly checking whether the suppliers fulfill quality, price and shipment performance criteria or not in line with the contracts signed with the suppliers by using tools and arranging meetings with the relevant departments to ensure that the necessary actions are taken;
  • Coordination of Value Stream Analysis (VSA), Cost Analysis (CA) and Absolute Cost Control (ACC) List works together with the related suppliers and departments and monitoring results thereof;
  • Ensuring the continuity of production and management of the necessary processes to ensure that the sheet metal/plastic/aluminum injection/polystyrene mould required for the new projects can be supplied with desired delivery times, quality and optimum cost without compromising the demanded technical specifications.

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • University Degree in Engineering;

    • Professional experience of at least 7 years at the purchasing department (preferably direct or project purchasing);
    • Minimum 2 years of sector experience and high market knowledge;
    • Advanced level in English, preferably German in addition;
    • Familiar with MS Office Applications and SAP/MM modules;
    • Analytical thinking, result focused, innovative, proactive and able to use initiative
